Gary Arnold has been successfully servicing the real estate community since 1976. First as an on-site representative for a quality Denver based builder and then serving the community as a broker since 1985. Gary has in-depth knowledge of the marketing aspects as well as the construction knowledge of the Denver market. He specializes in residential sales and marketing, new home sales, as well as investment properties.

Gwen Truex-Arnold has been in sales since 1981, and has been successfully selling real estate since 1991. She specializes in residential sales and marketing, relocation and investment properties. Gwen has served as President of the Aurora Association of Realtors, and as a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors. Gwen has also served on numerous local and professional committees. Gwen was recognized with the prestigious award of the 1999 'Realtor of the Year' by the Aurora Association of Realtors and has been a recipient of the coveted 'Masters Club Award'.

Their daughter, Nicole Leininger is a licensed assistant for the Arnold Team.
